Inc. is seeking a highly experienced **Trainer / Technical Writer** to develop clear, practical training and documentation that helps users adopt and sustain geospatial systems and workflows. This role will work closely with technical teams and end users to translate complex GIS concepts, applications, and procedures into understandable training materials, user guides, standard operating procedures, and other operational documentation. **\*Contingent upon contract being awarded\*** **Location:** Candidates will work remotely **Salary Range:** $85,000 – $115,000 **Position status:** Full Time; with benefits **Benefits include:** Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, Life Insurance, and PTO ### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and deliver instructor\-led, virtual, and hands\-on training for GIS applications, workflows, and supporting technologies. * Create user guides, quick\-reference materials, standard operating procedures, administrator guides, and technical manuals. * Translate complex GIS, data, application, and system concepts into clear language for technical and nontechnical audiences. * Develop training plans, lesson plans, exercises, demonstrations, and supporting course materials. * Conduct training\-needs assessments and tailor content to different user roles, skill levels, and operational responsibilities. * Support training for ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Survey123, Field Maps, Dashboards, StoryMaps, and related applications. * Develop role\-based training for system administrators, GIS analysts, field users, data stewards, and general end users. * Coordinate with GIS architects, developers, analysts, administrators, and project managers to ensure documentation accurately reflects implemented solutions. * Capture and document bu
