We also have dedicated teams in Product, QA, Infra, Marketing, People & Growth, all working together to innovate and improve Penpot.Tech applicants note: we mainly work with functional programming and open-source tools/languages. Full-stack flexibility (comfort with both frontend & backend) is a big plus. At Kaleidos, we keep things flat and self-organized; there is no traditional management hierarchy here. We maintain an office in Madrid (Spain), however, attendance at this location is discretionary.
