Job Description

Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) FIXE Accounting \| Remote (NYC Metro Area Preferred) Build the Outbound Engine. Become an AE. FIXE is one of the fastest\-growing restaurant accounting companies in the country. We help restaurant operators bring order to financial chaos through bookkeeping, accounting, technology, and financial reporting built specifically for restaurants. Today, we support hundreds of restaurant locations nationwide and have an established presence throughout the New York market. We're looking for our Founding SDR in NYC to help us accelerate growth and build the next phase of our outbound sales engine. This isn't a typical SDR role. You'll work directly with the Head of Revenue, help shape outbound strategy, influence process, and have a clear path to promotion into an Account Executive role by the end of the year based on performance. What You'll Do * Generate qualified meetings with restaurant owners, operators, CFOs, controllers, and franchisees * 80\+ outbound calls per day (dialer) * Execute high\-volume outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns * Follow up on intent signals and website visitors in real time * Use modern sales technology to identify buying intent and engage prospects before competitors do * Work directly with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy * Provide feedback on ICPs, campaigns, and outbound effectiveness * Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpot * Consistently exceed monthly meeting and pipeline goals What Makes This Role Different Best\-in\-Class Technology Stack You won't be cold calling from a spreadsheet. Clear AE Promotion Path. We're actively building our sales organization. The top performer in this role will have a direct path into an Account Executive position as we continue to scale. You won't spend years as an SDR. Founding SDR Opportunity. You'll help build the playbook. Your ideas matter. Your feedback will influence how FIXE scales outbound. You do need the desire to become great at sales. Preferred Experience * 1\+ years in SDR, BDR, recruiting, hospitality sales, staffing, or customer\-facing sales * Experience with outbound prospecting * Familiarity with HubSpot * Experience selling into SMB or Mid\-Market businesses is a plus * Restaurant industry experience is a bonus Compensation Base Salary: $60,000 On\-Tar
