Accountant with TaxDome Experience

**Job Overview** We are a CPA firm providing remote accounting services to nonprofits and businesses. we are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Accountant with TaxDome experience as we are growing and migrating our firm to TaxDome **Client Duties** * Manage full\-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable * Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with GAAP * Perform balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting * Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts * Prepare journal entries * Generate financial reports and assist in budget preparation * Maintain accurate records of all transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, BILL, Gusto, or similar platforms **Office Manager Duties** * Assist with preparation of estimates, engagement letters, and invoices to clients * Process client accounts receivable * Review and process staff accounting time and billing records * Use time \& billing records to draft client invoices * Experience with TaxDome or similar Practice Management Software a plus **Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Accountant Bookkeeper or similar role in small business or non\-profit accounting * Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, BILL, Gusto) and financial software applications * Excellent skills in account analysis, budgeting, and financial report writing * Familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus * Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately and efficiently * Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills * Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders * Experience with TaxDome or other practice management software We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about maintaining accurate financial records to apply for this exciting opportunity.
