Join us to make a meaningful impact on the world!Your RoleAs an HR Specialist, your primary responsibility is to support BeeX in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline while contributing to the development of HR systems, policies, and people frameworks.You will work closely with hiring managers, internal teams, and external partners such as universities and industry networks. The role involves frequent interactions with prospective hires, supporting recruitment processes, strengthening BeeX’s employer brand, and assisting in HR operations and policy development.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentSupport end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordinationEngage with prospective hires throughout the recruitment process, from outreach to onboarding documentationMaintain recruitment pipelines and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS)Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely hiring processesAssist in conducting reference checks and candidate follow-upsSupport employer branding initiatives including job advertisements and recruitment outreach2. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline DevelopmentLead initiatives to strengthen BeeX’s employer brand among prospective candidatesOrganise and manage hiring-related activities such as career fairs, industry talks, showcases, and recruitment eventsBuild and maintain relationships with talent pipeline partners, including universities, polytechnics, and government agenciesSupport social media engagement and recruitment marketing efforts to attract potential hires3.
