This role is responsible for ensuring that solution decisions align with the overall strategy and that Features and User Stories are properly vetted, prepared, executed, and delivered to customers. This role collaborates with others to ensure that proposed solutions meet demonstrated customer needs, are feasible to implement, and can be profitably delivered to customers. This role collaborates with the superiors to ensure that the strategic intent described in business epics is appropriately realized in Features and User Stories and makes decisions about when sufficient value has been generated to trim or defer lower value features and stories from the team’s backlog. This role maintains a ready backlog and collaborates with the leadership to establish the solution vision and roadmap. The Role communicates the strategic vision and outcomes to Delivery Teams while embodying the voice of the customer.Essential Job Functions:Ensure product decisions are aligned with the organization's strategy and communicate the strategic vision and outcomes to other teams Assist the others in defining Epic success criteria and desired outcomes Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories Provide solution options considering a balance between capacity and demandContribute to a ready backlog of actionable work that will flow to cross functional Delivery Teams that effectively communicates Acceptance Criteria which aligns with content outlined in the EpicRepresent the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and interests Conduct user interviews to gain a deeper understanding of customer problems Validate that work is prioritized according to strategic directionEnsure alignment between the work delivered in each release and the strategic vision Identify risk and impediments between backlog items and ensure they are effectively managed Coordinate and participate in product releases and change management activitiesPrepare, organize, and communicate release notes and to clients or internal usersCreate and Monitor metrics to help improve the process and/or verify it is on trackMentor, coach, and train team members as neededOther activities as may be assigned by your managerQualifications/ Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.Minimum of five years of increasing responsibility for product or service development, including the ability to measure the value of solutions delivered to customers Minimum of 5 years of experience relating to solution design and engagement with full stack development techniques with a heavy focus on End User usability and UX designsStrong analytical skills to identify and propose persona/outcome combinations for business impact Experienced data engineering skills with ties to development and management of logical data models with experience in big dataKnowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelinesProficient understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systemProven experience in stakeholder management, representing interests, and fostering collaboration Strategic mindset with the ability to align product decisions with organizational strategy Proficiency in vetting, preparing, executing, and delivering Features and User Stories Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey the strategic vision and outcomes to various teams Experience in conducting user interviews and generative or evaluative research to inform decision-making Familiarity with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service development Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining backlogs and managing dependencies Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Real estate experience preferred, but not required A strong commitment to integrity
