You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across design and development, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards, deliver on brand objectives, and are executed efficiently.This is a full-time role with required PST overlap. The position is 100% remote and reports directly to the Studio Manager or Project Manager. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign responsive, modern websites and digital interfaces across multiple client projectsCollaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into visually engaging solutionsMaintain brand consistency and apply best practices in UI/UX designCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideasOptimize assets and layouts for performance, accessibility, and responsivenessParticipate in design reviews, provide feedback, and iterate based on stakeholder inputStay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve work qualityRequired Skills & Experience4-5 years of professional web design experience in digital agencies or product studiosProficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative SuiteStrong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and UI/UX skillsExperience collaborating with development teams to implement designsExceptional English communication skills (B2-C1 level), written and spokenHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsComfortable working remotely with consistent PST timezone overlapWhy Rumor?
