About the RoleWe’re hiring Sales Development Representatives / Business Development Representatives to grow our Home Health vertical. We’re looking for high-energy, self-starters who can help bring on new customers. This is a hands-on, high-activity role for someone who enjoys calling prospects, handling objections, and generating new business.If you thrive in fast-paced outbound environments, don’t shy away from rejection, and are motivated by activity-driven goals, this role is for you. Success will be measured through daily activity levels, quality of conversations, and pipeline generated.This role is 100% remote and requires comfort working in a U.S. time zone environment, with flexibility to adjust to different U.S. shifts if required.
What You’ll DoMake a high volume of outbound calls each week (hundreds of dials)Pitch our product to prospective customers through cold outreachQualify leads and book meetings for Account ExecutivesHandle objections confidently and adapt messaging on the flyTrack outreach and outcomes accurately in SalesforceWork with leadership to refine our messaging to customers based on the signals that you hear from your conversations
What We’re Looking ForStrong spoken English and comfortable on live callsResilience and consistency in the face of rejectionWillingness to learn, iterate, and work in an experimental environmentReliable internet and a quiet working setup suitable for frequent calls
Nice to Have1–3 years in outbound sales or high-volume calling roles preferredExperience selling SaaS or B2B productsFamiliarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Experience working remotely or with distributed teams
