Job Summary The Senior Manager, Global IT Infrastructure leads multiple IT Infrastructure organizations and is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of ZOLL's Global IT Infrastructure, including on-premise data center, cloud, and hybrid environments. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations, this role provides senior leadership, defining and driving infrastructure strategy while ensuring execution aligned to enterprise objectives. The Senior Manager partners with IT and enterprise stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure that infrastructure platforms are reliable, secure, cost-efficient, and aligned with ZOLL's mission. This role is accountable for strategic direction, operational excellence, financial management, lifecycle governance, and organizational development within the IT Infrastructure organization, supporting ZOLL's strategic goals for enterprise resilience and modernization.
