Virtual Assistant

We're a storm restoration contractor in Columbus, Ohio with a door\-knocking sales team, and we hire around 10 new sales reps a week. That number only works if somebody is filling the top of the funnel every single day. That's this job. You'll live in Indeed and our ATS. Pull applicants, call them fast (most of our hires come from candidates contacted within an hour of applying), qualify them against a short script, and book them into group interview slots. Then you chase the no\-shows and rebook them, because roughly half won't show the first time. That's normal here and it's not a failure on your end. What the day looks like: * 60 to 100 outbound dials to fresh and aged applicants * Screen for the basics: 18\+, reliable transportation, can work outside, no fear of knocking a stranger's door * Book candidates into 6 group interview slots a week * Text and call reminders the day before and the morning of * Keep the ATS clean so nobody falls through What we need: * Clear, confident spoken English on the phone with Americans. This is the whole job, so if your English is written\-only, this isn't your role. * Willing to work US Eastern hours, roughly 9am to 6pm Columbus time * Stable internet, quiet room, headset, backup power or a backup location * Recruiting, call center, or appointment setting background. Recruiting is a plus but volume phone work matters more. * You can take rejection all day and keep dialing. People will hang up on you. Pay: $11\.00 \- $12\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
