The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, exceptional communicator, and trusted confidant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.This position offers significant visibility across the organization and the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Office ManagementManage complex and constantly evolving calendars for the President and executive leadership teamPrioritize competing demands and ensure executive time is aligned with business objectivesAnticipate scheduling conflicts, identify solutions, and proactively adjust priorities as neededCoordinate executive workflows and ensure critical deadlines are metExecutive CommunicationsServe as a primary liaison between executive leadership and internal and external stakeholdersDraft, edit, and manage executive communications, presentations, reports, and correspondenceMaintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive business mattersEnsure timely communication and follow-through on executive initiativesMeeting & Leadership SupportCoordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, strategic planning sessions, and company-wide initiativesPrepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documentsAttend meetings as needed, capture decisions and action items, and drive accountability for follow-upMonitor progress on executive priorities and strategic initiativesStrategic Project CoordinationAssist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of executive leadershipCoordinate activities across departments to ensure alignment and executionIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and organizational effectivenessSupport implementation of new processes and operational improvementsAdministrative & Operational SupportCoordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reportingSupport executive events, leadership retreats, and company meetingsMaintain organized documentation, records, and executive filesManage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretionRequired Qualifications7+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite or President levelDemonstrated experience managing multiple executive calendars and competing prioritiesExceptional organizational and project management skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication abilitiesAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and virtual collaboration toolsProven ability to operate independently with minimal supervisionStrong judgment, professionalism, and discretionExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to prioritize effectively and maintain attention to detail under pressurePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting a President, CEO, Founder, or executive leadership teamExperience within professional services, financial services, consulting, accounting, legal, or retirement plan administration firmsFamiliarity with project management software and workflow toolsExperience coordinating board meetings and executive-level eventsPrior experience in a fully remote work environmentWhat Success Looks LikeIn this role, you will:Anticipate executive needs before they ariseCreate structure and efficiency in a fast-moving environmentEnsure executive priorities remain organized and on trackBuild trusted relationships across the organizationEnhance the effectiveness and productivity of the executive leadership teamCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageAnnual performance-based raises and bonus opportunities401(k) plan with employer contributionsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary supplemental benefitsPaid time off and company holidaysProfessional development opportu
