Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global teamProject Accountant (Remote)Full time, Bangalore, IndiaJoin BCD Meetings & Events as a Project Accountant, where you will support financial management of client meetings and events from project setup through to final billing and reconciliation.In this role, you will work closely with Meeting Managers, Operations teams, and Finance colleagues to ensure project costs are accurately recorded, client invoices are prepared correctly, and financial reporting reflects project performance.You will play an important role in supporting timely billing, maintaining financial accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.As a Project Accountant, you willManage client billing and project financial activities across the full project lifecycleEnsure accuracy of project costs, revenues, and financial data throughout event deliveryWork closely with Meeting Managers and operational teams to support project financial performanceAnalyze financial information and identify discrepancies or variancesSupport timely project billing, reconciliation, and financial close activities following event completionMaintain accurate and organized financial documentation in line with audit and compliance requirementsCollaborate with Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, and General Ledger teams to resolve financial queriesFollow company procedures and financial guidelines in a day-to-day activitiesAbout youExperience in Accounting, Finance, or Project Finance environmentUnderstanding of billing and reconciliation processesExperience working with financial or ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)Good working knowledge of ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentGood communication skills in English, both written and spokenWhat we offer youAt BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
