Job Description

Sales Representative, Local Business Software (Field Sales) Company: Respondyr (respondyr.com) Job Type: Contract (1099\), full\-time or part\-time, flexible schedule Location: Field sales in your metro Compensation: $500/week guaranteed until you ramp \+ 25% recurring commission Job Overview We're looking for motivated, self\-driven sales reps to help local business owners (restaurants, gyms, barbers, clinics, home services, and more) win more customers from their Google presence. You visit local businesses, show the owner what his unanswered reviews are costing him, and demo our automated review\-response and local\-rank platform live at the counter. The pitch is simple, and we train you on exactly how to run it: get the owner to do the math on what being invisible in local search is costing him, then hand him the single highest lever he actually controls, his prominence. Show him what he's losing, let him say where it hurts, then show him the fix. If you're comfortable starting face\-to\-face conversations and want income that compounds instead of resetting every month, this is that role. Why this sells (the value to the businesses you walk into) * Google's local rankings favor active, responsive profiles. Review responsiveness, recency, and velocity are among the only ranking inputs a business owner actually controls, and most owners control none of them. Respondyr handles all three automatically. * Customers read the responses. A thoughtful reply under every review is what makes a new customer pick one business over the shop up the street. * Reputation Defense: reviews that break Google's policies (fake, spam, policy\-violating) get detected and flagged for removal. Every owner has one unfair one\-star that keeps him up at night. * It gets them MORE reviews too: branded link, a QR code for the counter, and text and email review requests. * Nothing negative posts without the owner's approval by text, so the owner stays in control without doing the work. * Map pack rank tracking: the owner's local search position measured on an actual map, point by point around the shop, and re\-scanned so he watches himself climb. * AI profile optimization: profile fixes proposed from Google's own data about what people searched before finding them (or missing them), with every version of their profile saved. * Owners get clear recurring reports: what customers keep praising and what keeps costing them. * Owners don't have time to do any of this at 11pm after closing. That's the whole pitch, and the founder demos it at restaurant counters himself. It hasn't gotten a no in person yet. The pay structure * $500 a week, guaranteed, until you ramp. The guarantee stays in place until your residual commissions grow past it (about $2,000 a month), then it steps aside and the book you built is the paycheck. * 25% recurring commission on every account you source yourself (15% on leads we hand you), paid monthly on collected revenue for the life of the account.
