Test Lead

 Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks(UI, API, and mobile). Write and execute complex automated test scripts usingtools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar. Perform hands-on testing (functional, regression,integration, performance, security) when needed to ensurerelease readiness. Conduct API and backend testing (Postman, RestAssured,SQL queries, stored procedures validation). Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis,and propose permanent fixes.Optimize test execution pipelines within CI/CD (Jenkins,Azure DevOps, GitLab CI). Ensure non-functional testing (performance, load, security)is embedded into delivery cycles. Develop reusable test components and share them acrossteams. Act as the technical escalation point for QA teammembers, guiding them in troubleshooting and debugging.RequirementsDesign Consistency:Adherence to design systemsand usability standards acrossproducts. User Satisfaction:Improvement in customerfeedback, usability scores, orNPS. Delivery: % of designdeliverables completed on timeand integrated into productreleases.Originally posted on Himalayas
