**Administrator** **EXIT Realty South Central** **Location:** Remote / Hybrid (Alabama Preferred) **Employment Type:** Part\-Time or Full\-Time **Position Overview** EXIT Realty South Central is seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Administrator to support our regional operations team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, strong communicator, and creative thinker who can work independently while meeting deadlines and supporting a variety of administrative, compliance, and operational functions. Real estate, franchise, or related industry experience is preferred but not required. **Key Responsibilities** **Administrative \& Operations** * Process and organize company paperwork and documentation * Maintain digital file management systems and records * Collect and organize onboarding information for new franchisees, agents, and team members * Draft agreements, correspondence, and administrative documents * Assist with special projects and day\-to\-day operational needs **Compliance \& Documentation** * Review documents for completeness and compliance with company requirements * Track missing documentation and follow up as needed * Maintain accurate records and filing systems * Support compliance initiatives and reporting processes **Financial \& Bookkeeping Support** * Work closely with the bookkeeping team regarding invoices, balances, and account information * Assist with administrative financial recordkeeping * Track and organize payment\-related documentation **Events \& Communications** * Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, training events, and company functions * Support webinar and virtual meeting logistics * Assist with email marketing campaigns and communications * Help manage registration lists, attendee information, and event materials **Required Skills \& Qualifications** **Technical Skills** * Adobe Acrobat PDF Editor * Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) * Zoom and Zoom Meetings * Email marketing platforms (Constant Contact or similar systems) * General proficiency with cloud\-based software and online collaboration tools **Professional Skills** * Exceptional organizational and time\-management abilities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently * Professional and positive attitude * Creative, solution\-oriented mindset * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion **Preferred Qualifications** * Real estate, franchise, brokerage, or adjacent industry experience * Experience working remotely and managing digital workflows * Familiarity with
