Responsible for qualifying new donors to ensure pipeline and revenue growth from planned giving and outright gifts. Develops long\-term relationships with high value donors, high wealth prospects and high value volunteers. Develops individualized engagement and fundraising strategies for donors, including solicitation opportunities where it helps donors achieve their philanthropic goals. Manages a portfolio of assigned legacy donors and prospects (Digital roles includes a portfolio of 500 \-1000 donor prospects. Collaborates across the organization to facilitate outright and planned gifts, serve as a bequest and planned giving lead within assigned Area (for Digital includes national coverage across digital platforms), and enhances high\-value volunteer opportunities to support the St. Jude mission. Identifies key initiatives to advance area goals, while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
