We are unable to sponsor new H\-1B visa petitions for this position. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a ERP Application Developer with broad expertise across Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business process design, and Workday Extend application development. The role spans technical configuration, custom report design, integration support, and lightweight application extension work, helping HR, finance, and IT stakeholders get more value from the Workday platform. The ideal candidate combines strong Workday platform knowledge with practical engineering discipline and the ability to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Workday configurations. In this role you will work closely with cross\-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well\-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production. **Key Responsibilities*** Design and develop complex calculated fields, custom reports, and advanced reports using the Workday report writer. * Build composite reports, matrix reports, and dashboards supporting business decision\-making. * Configure and maintain business processes, condition rules, and approval routing across HCM and Finance. * Develop Workday Extend applications and PRISM analytics where appropriate, packaging custom logic in supported platform extensions rather than fragile customizations that complicate future upgrades. * Build report\-as\-a\-service integrations and support data export needs for downstream systems. * Configure security domains, role\-based security, and segment\-based security across complex tenants. * Partner with HR, payroll, and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday configurations. * Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, calculated fields, and security models. * Support Workday tenant refreshes, regression testing cycles, and platform release adoption, validating configuration and reports against expected behavior before each move into production. *
