As a Frontend Engineering Manager, you are a passionate developer who is driven by getting things done in high quality and timely. You will have plenty of opportunities to take part in architectural decisions, suggest improvements, and interact with the product team and other business stakeholders in a highly collaborative, agile environment.YOUR IMPACTLead the Design System team, focusing on improve other teams productivity and design consistency;Design and implement straightforward solutions to complex scenarios, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance and accessibility;Work closely to Design and Engineers to define process on attending demands, and guarantee deadlines;Serve as a focal point in the communication with other teams and areas of the company;Serve as a technical reference to the team and gain recognition as such across the company;Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration;Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.WHO YOU AREBachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;An Engineer Manager with strong expertise in React/React Native, along with a solid understanding of related technologies;Experienced in developing and/or using Design Systems by building quality frontend applications with focus on performance and accessibility;Experienced by managing engineers and team process to guarantee deliverables;Capable of architecting large-scale, multi-tier web applications;An effective communicator, both written and verbal, able to clearly articulate ideas across cultures and geographies in both Portuguese and English;A professional with strong desire for learning and self-development, holding a bachelor’s degree in computer science or possessing equivalent professional experience.We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
