Job Description Summary‎ We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to support a fair, consistent, and legally compliant workplace while fostering strong relationships between employees, leaders, and the organization. In this role, you will lead complex employee relations matters, provide expert guidance to managers, and support the development and implementation of policies and practices that promote an engaged, productive, and inclusive work environment. This position requires a trusted professional who brings sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to cultivating a positive employee experience.‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements‎ Essential Functions / ResponsibilitiesDevelop, interpret, and implement employee relations policies, procedures, and best practicesProvide expert consultation to managers and employees on ER issues, performance concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretationConduct thorough, timely, and objective investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and workplace concernsMonitor ER trends and partner with leadership to recommend proactive strategies that reduce risk and improve workplace cultureCollaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance partners to ensure alignment with employment laws, regulations, and organizational standardsSupport leaders in administering corrective action, performance improvement plans, and other accountability processesAdminister and support Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) programsAnalyze ER data, including exit interviews, case trends, and engagement insights to identify themes and recommend organizational improvementsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality in all ER mattersPerform other related duties as assignedPreferred QualificationsStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsExperience in conflict resolution, mediation, and coaching leaders through complex situationsDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendationsExperience developing and implementing HR or ER policies and proceduresStrong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and critical‑thinking skillsProficiency with G‑Suite (preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, or similar toolsSHRM‑CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR certification preferredEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experienceProven experience in Employee Relations or a related HR specialtyKey AttributesHighly organized with strong attention to detailExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across all levels of the organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSolution‑focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguityDemonstrated ability to champion consistency and fairness across the organizationWhy You’ll Love Working HereMission‑driven culture focused on improving healthcareCollaborative, inclusive team environmentOpportunities for growth and developmentCompetitive compensation and benefits‎ Compensation:$81,491.00to$122,238.00Originally posted on Himalayas
