Position Summary:We’re seeking a highly analytical, performance-obsessed Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead and scale digital acquisition across emerging and high-growth platforms. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing and serve as a key driver of efficient, measurable revenue growth. This is not a campaign execution role alone; it’s a strategic growth position. You will own end-to-end paid media strategy across channels such as TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and Programmatic, translating business objectives into scalable acquisition programs that deliver against CPA, ROAS, and CAC targets. You’ll be entrusted with significant autonomy to make informed budget, bidding, and optimization decisions grounded in data and deep platform expertise. Your ability to test aggressively, analyze rigorously, and scale responsibly will directly influence channel mix, spend allocation, and overall growth performance. If you’re equal parts operator and strategist, analytical in approach, creative in testing, and relentless about performance improvement, this role offers the opportunity to make outsized impact.Essential Job Functions:Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across social, programmatic and emerging platformsTranslate revenue and enrollment goals into scalable acquisition strategies aligned to CPA, ROAS, and CAC targetsManage and optimize multi-channel budgets with full accountability for performance outcomesDevelop and execute structured testing roadmaps across creative, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pagesIdentify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency and mitigating channel riskAnalyze funnel performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and overall acquisition efficiencyBuild and maintain clear, performance-driven reporting; deliver weekly and monthly insights to the Senior Manager of Growth MarketingPartner cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to align messaging, optimize user journeys, and improve campaign performanceLeverage platform insights, beta opportunities, and industry trends to drive innovation within the paid channel mixEnsure proper tracking, attribution alignment, and campaign measurement integrityContinuously evaluate new platforms, audience strategies, and buying methods to diversify and strengthen acquisition effortsOperate with a high degree of autonomy in daily bid management, budget allocation, and optimization decisionsCommunicate performance clearly and persuasively, delivering strong presentations, dashboards, and storytelling for stakeholders, translating results into actionable recommendations and next steps.Demonstrate strong growth instincts and industry awareness, staying current on channel trends, privacy/measurement updates,Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:3+ years of proven experience managing social and programmatic media platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.Knowledge of current social media trends and emerging platforms.Deep understanding of paid media mechanics, including pixel implementation/CAPI integration, KPI optimization, audience targeting, and bid/budget managementBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).About Us:At Penn Foster Group, we are transforming online learning to help learners by bringing together Penn Foster, CareerStep, Ashworth College, James Madison High School, the New York Institute of Photography, the New York Institute of Art and Design, and other education platforms.
