We’re looking for an energetic, customer\-focused **bilingual** **s****pecialist** to join our sports\-driven customer service team. **Fluent English and Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.** In this role, your ability to communicate with customers in both languages will help create an exceptional experience for teams, clubs, players, and families. This isn’t your typical customer service role. You’ll be at the heart of a fast\-paced sports environment where your passion for the game, communication skills, and commitment to great service help soccer teams and clubs succeed both on and off the field. **What You’ll Do** As a key member of our team, you’ll help create a seamless and positive experience for our customers: * **Deliver Outstanding Customer Service:** Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, always with professionalism and enthusiasm * **Support Soccer Clubs:** Build relationships with uniform coordinators and manage club accounts with accuracy and care * **Coordinate Orders \& Updates:** Keep customers informed, resolve issues quickly, and ensure orders are processed smoothly * **Be a Team Hub Expert:** Manage and update products within our Team Hub system while providing feedback for improvements * **Collaborate with Sales:** Support inventory checks, order processing, and follow\-ups on customer inquiries * **Handle Key Transactions:** Accurately enter credit memos, refunds, payments, and promotional/store orders **What You Bring** We’re looking for candidates who combine sports knowledge with a passion for helping others: * **Bilingual Communicator:** Fluency in both English and Spanish.
