IT Manager - Enterprise Resource Organization

As an **IT manager** in the Enterprise Resource Organization, you’ll lead a technical team of 10\-18 consisting of developers, solution architects, quality assurance analysts, system analysts, system test engineers all at multiple levels. You’ll be integral in their skill and career development. You’ll collaborate with our IT and business partners to support delivery outcomes that directly impacts Progressive's success and enable innovative experiences for our customers and colleagues. You’ll engage and support some of Progressive’s most critical IT Projects as well as participate in and/or lead initiatives that are key to the continuous improvement and success of our organization. This is a remote position, with occasional travel for meetings and trainings **Must\-have qualifications** * Minimum 4 years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery. * {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 1 year of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery. **Preferred skills** * Strong experience managing large, technically diverse IT teams (10–18\+ staff), including developers, QA/testers, system analysts, and architects, supporting enterprise\-scale initiatives * Strong relationship\-building skills, communication, and influence, enabling effective collaboration across IT, business partners, and enterprise stakeholders. * Broad knowledge of IT delivery disciplines (e.g., software development, Agile, QA, systems analysis, architecture) with the ability to lead teams through complex, multi\-team project environments. * Strong coaching and mentoring capability, with a track record of developing IT professionals who frequently transition between projects, roles, and partner engagements. * Foundational knowledge of Generative AI and a strong willingness to lead team engagement, promote adoption, and integrate emerging AI capabilities into IT delivery. **Compensation** * $148,320 \- $170,000/year * Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance **Benefits** * 401(k) with dollar\-for\-dollar company match up to 6% * Medical, dental \& vision, including free preventative care * Wellness \& mental health programs * Health care flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, \& life insurance * Paid time off, including volunteer time off * Paid \& unpaid sick leave where applicable, as well as short \& long\-term disability * Parental \& family leave; military leave \& pay * Diverse, inclusive \& welcoming culture with Employee Resource Groups * Career development \& tuition assistance Ener
