This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working at pace, and experienced in managing multiple recruitment workflows simultaneously, including video screenings and job post management.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume candidate sourcing and screening across multiple open rolesReview resumes and conduct initial qualification assessmentsLead high-volume video screenings to evaluate candidate fit efficientlySchedule, coordinate, and manage interviews across recruiters and hiring managersManage and maintain job postings across job boards and sourcing platformsCreate and update job descriptions (JDs) in collaboration with recruiters and stakeholdersMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATSSend high volumes of candidate communications, updates, and follow-upsSupport general recruitment administration and ad hoc tasks as neededEnsure a consistent, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processRequired QualificationsPrevious hands-on experience in a sourcing or recruitment support role within a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment is mandatoryPrior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be consideredProven ability to manage repetitive, high-volume recruitment tasks with accuracyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable conducting video-based candidate screenings and managing tight timelinesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting operational or high-volume recruitment teamsFamiliarity with job posting management and employer branding basicsExperience working with recruitment metrics, pipelines, or reportingPrior exposure to creating or updating job descriptionsTools & TechnologyATS: Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similarSourcing, Screening & Scheduling: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, video interview tools, CalendlyCollaboration & Productivity: Slack, Zoom, Google WorkspaceWe connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.Originally posted on Himalayas
