DescriptionBusiness Applications Analyst, Argentina, remoteThe Business Applications Analyst acts as the functional bridge between internal business users and enterprise systems. This role is responsible for gathering business requirements, understanding system capabilities, configuring existing applications, and ensuring that business needs are efficiently and sustainably met. The Business Applications Analyst works closely with internal stakeholders across departments and collaborates with software development teams when system enhancements or custom developments are required.This role will be perfect for you if: You enjoy acting as the bridge between business and technology, translating operational needs into practical system solutions while influencing stakeholders with clarity and confidence.You thrive in optimizing and configuring enterprise systems (ERP, HRMS, CRM, etc.), leveraging best practices to deliver scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions rather than over-customizing.You are naturally curious and solutions-driven, with a strong ability to challenge requirements, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement through structured analysis, testing, and collaboration with both users and development teams.More specifically, the Business Applications Analyst must:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholdersTranslate operational needs into functional system requirementsChallenge and refine requests by proposing best‑practice solutions aligned with system capabilitiesEnsure requirements are well understood, prioritized, and clearly documentedConfigure and maintain enterprise applications such as ERP, HRMS, Timesheet systems, CRM, Internal custom developed softwareLeverage standard features and best practices to meet business needsEnsure configurations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with company standardsParticipate in system upgrades, releases, and testing activitiesMaintain strong knowledge of supported systems’ functionalities and limitationsAdvise business users on optimal usage of systems and process improvementsPromote standardization and reduce unnecessary customization where possibleContribute to system documentation, user guides, and process flowsIdentify gaps between business requirements and system capabilitiesDocument functional specifications for system enhancements or custom developmentsCollaborate with development teams by providing clear, complete, and testable requirementsParticipate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of delivered solutionsAct as a trusted partner for internal usersExplain functional solutions in non‑technical termsSupport issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience3+ years of experience working with enterprise administrative systems (ERP, HRMS, CRM, etc.)Experience in CRO or related industry, an assetStrong experience in business requirements gathering and functional analysisHands‑on experience configuring enterprise software solutionsKnowledge & skillsAbility to understand and document business processesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in Infor FSM, Salesforce, Bob as an asset.Our companyOUR COMPANYThe work environmentAt Indero, you will work with brilliant and driven colleagues.
