Reports to:Director, OM CapabilitiesLocation: Remote - USInterested applicants must reside in one of the following approved states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Texas, WisconsinThe RoleAs a Senior Project Manager at Deckers Brands, you will lead the delivery of large-scale, strategically critical projects that enable enterprise capabilities, elevate consumer and customer experiences, and drive operational excellence. You’ll own the full project lifecycle—defining scope, managing execution, resolving issues, and ensuring measurable outcomes are achieved on time and within budget. In our fast-paced, matrixed environment, you’ll provide strong leadership across business and technology domains, proactively aligning stakeholders and managing project complexity. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.Your ImpactLead execution of large, strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of defined business capabilities, outcomes, and valueAlign business stakeholders and delivery teams, serving as a key liaison between business functions, data, and technology teamsOversee budget, resource, and milestone management to keep projects on trackResolve high-priority issues and cross-team dependencies to maintain project momentumEnsure business value realization and adoption through outcome-driven deliveryEnsure deliverables are aligned to overall Digital & Data strategy, escalating deviations with clear value casesSupport portfolio reporting and project governance, including steering meetingsWho You AreBachelor’s degree (or demonstrated experience); degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferredPMP, SAFe, or Agile delivery certification strongly preferred; additional certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or change management a plus7+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years leading enterprise-critical initiativesExperience in footwear, apparel, branded manufacturing, or global retail environments preferredPrior experience managing projects in transformation, systems implementation, or supply chainProven success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects that span business and technologyStrong grasp of hybrid methodologies and ability to adapt based on project needsEffective communicator and facilitator, with the ability to align and influence at all levelsStrong understanding of business value, change impacts, and capability deliveryAwareness of AI, automation, and digital solutions relevant to project outcomesStrategic thinking and tactical deliveryCross-functional team leadership and influenceProject budget and resource managementStrong collaboration and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Jira, Aha.io, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 toolsOutcome-focused with an emphasis on metrics, KPIs, and value trackingComfort with ambiguity and ability to pivot as conditions evolveWhat We'll Give You – Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
