We use professional\-grade equipment, lab tests, and our proprietary spatial\-mapping app to test every factor in the home that could be influencing health. This includes EMF exposure, air and water contamination, mold, unhealthy lighting, and more. We then resolve these hazards and optimize the environment for peak wellness and performance. We're supported by a scientific advisory board of environmental health experts. **Role Description** We're looking for a Report Writer and Operations Associate to help run a core part of the business. Your primary focus will be writing and editing detailed home health reports for our clients. Beyond reporting, you'll also keep customer follow\-up, internal systems and day\-to\-day operations organized and moving. **Location** This is a remote full\-time role, open to overseas candidates. Maintain report SOPs and checklists to improve speed and consistency. **Customer Follow\-Up and Research** \-\- Draft answers to customer questions, keep follow\-up organized so nothing falls through the cracks, and research product recommendations and building\-product options. **Internal Systems and Operating Support** \-\- Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, internal trackers, and ownership docs that keep the business organized. Own weekly dashboard assembly and help keep recurring tasks, follow\-up, and process gaps visible.
