Disability Review Operations Manager

The Disability Review Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in leading DBQ Generation, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance teams while also serving as the primary DBQ Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Generation, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance teams, and collaborating with cross-departmental managers as needed to support DBQ knowledge alignment. This role is responsible for ensuring knowledge alignment, training accuracy, and process improvement across DBQ Ops Teams. The Disability Review Operations Manager collaborates closely with the Senior Director of DBQ Operations to implement company policies, refine departmental procedures, and drive performance to meet company goals.This role requires a knowledgeable and proactive manager who can work cross-functionally to ensure DBQ accuracy, training standardization, and compliance with VA rating guidelines. Success in this position involves maintaining DBQ training materials for accuracy and relevance, reviewing feedback to identify knowledge gaps, and working with cross-departmental managers to address team training needs. Additionally, tracking and evaluating department data on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis is integral to ensuring ongoing success and process optimization.
