System Analyst & Tester (REMOTE)

This is a full\-time, remote position supporting an AI\-enabled application being designed and built from the ground up. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about delivering quality software solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze business and system requirements to support application development and testing efforts * Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks (TDD/BDD, Keyword, POM, and Hybrid frameworks such as Selenium) * Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing * Create and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and POSTMAN for API testing * Execute functional, regression, performance, and security test cases * Develop and maintain reusable test tools and mock test frameworks for API and automated testing * Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution; generate detailed defect analysis with proposed solutions * Perform data validation and functional application testing * Coordinate with project managers, system analysts, and scrum masters to define testing scope within release context and project schedule * Apply appropriate test measurements and metrics to isolate, replicate, and report defects * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify that solutions meet business needs * Document business requirements including specifications, use cases, and user stories * Coordinate testing activities and data collection with internal and external customers * Generate, present, and distribute standard and ad\-hoc test results reports with recommendations * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand\-ups, reviews, and retrospectives * Assist with backlog grooming and ensure user stories meet defined acceptance criteria * Communicate testing progress, risks, and results to project leadership and stakeholders * Support continuous improvement efforts across the development and testing process **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Manageme
