In this role, you will manage the digital ingestion of seasonal grower orders, crop inputs, and field mapping data. You will serve as the primary link between field sales agents and our billing systems. Your precision ensures that the right products reach the right fields at the exact moment growers need them.**Key Responsibilities** * **Log Order Data**: Accurately input grower purchase orders for bulk fertilizer, seed traits, and crop protection inputs. * **Manage Field Mapping**: Digitally upload and categorize GIS field maps and soil sampling data into our agronomic software platform. * **Verify Compliance**: Cross\-reference order requests with local state chemical application compliance standards before processing. * **Audit Delivery Records**: Reconcile field delivery tickets against initial sales quotes to identify pricing or quantity gaps. * **Update Grower Profiles**: Maintain clean, up\-to\-date digital profile cards for all active farm accounts within the Novus Ag system. **QualificationsBenefits \& Compensation** * **Salary**: $19\.50 \- $24\.00 per hour (Based on experience) * **Health**: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options. * **Retirement**: 401(k) plan with competitive company matching. * **Time Off**: Paid time off (PTO), standard paid holidays, and sick leave. * **Perks**: Monthly home internet stipend and company\-provided laptop hardware.
