Cross-functional teamwork is essential for success, ensuring alignment across the organization and delivering impactful results.As a Product Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for:Empowering strategic decision making by utilizing business analysis to inform recommendations, and work cross-functionally to drive executionLeading operational reporting, analytics, and business insights for relevant business groups (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.)Collaborating with Product Managers to manage to key performance indicatorsUnderstanding factors and areas of opportunity to drive the business towards better and proactive decision makingOptimizing processes to support decision making at scaleContributing to the future of our Product Operations function through development of business cases and ROI analysis.Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:Demonstrate expertise in corporate strategy, product strategy, financial strategy, or a similar position through applicable professional experience.Have an understanding of cloud, data center concepts, content distribution (CDN) and related technologyHave advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and experience with SQL query syntaxPossess experience with data visualization and analysis tools, operating systems with limited supervision, and building rudimentary dashboardsWork in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
