Role OverviewWe are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join our Construction Health & Safety Division in managing numerous occupational health clinics on construction sites in the Mountain, West and Pacific regions. This is a full-time position, working Monday – Friday remotely from a home office with travel, with some evening and weekend hours as needed.What You Will DoThe Operations Manager is responsible for managing local and corporate client relationships, supervision and leadership within a team environment of all full-time, part-time and contract clinic staff at multiple clinic sites, monitoring budgets and partnering with leadership to control expenses effectively.Why It Might Be a FitThe Operations Manager must have 2-4 years of practical experience in a health care environment or employee health services with management/supervisory experience as part of that background, a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience, and an EMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN, or RN license.Requirements2-4 years of practical experience in a health care environment or employee health services with management/supervisory experienceBachelor’s Degree or relevant work experienceEMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN, or RN licenseWorking knowledge of workers compensation and occupational health and wellnessAbility to understand, question and speak to variances associated with budgets and monthly financialsAbility to travel up to 75% of the time to visit client sites and clinicsAbility to multi-task, be prepared, prioritize, follow-through, pay attention to details and think critically dailyAbility to quickly establish credibility and respect with associates and client managementAbility to effectively manage day-to-day operationsSolid operational skills; ability to recognize workflow problems and redesign new processes/workflow and create buy-in from all customers on changeStrong personal computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office productsStrong ethics and unwavering integrityBenefitsPaid time offHealth plan and dental insurance401K with matchEducation reimbursementBetter Me Wellness programBetter@Medcor programOpen-door policyWork/life balanceOriginally posted on Himalayas
