Inbound Call Center Representative

Your technical proficiency and organizational skills will help streamline processes and contribute to our commitment to outstanding client service. **Responsibilities** * Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, addressing non emergency transportation needs. * Assist clients with non emergency transportation request, and assist with driver notation with healthcare partners. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, and demonstarte empathy on calls. * Manage non emergency calls and maintain the notes while in call * Stay in compliance with Hippa regulations. **Experience** * Previous call center experience or customer support roles demonstrating strong phone communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office,Teams applications such as Word and Excel for documentation purposes. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Familiarity with data entry, customer service problem\-solving, and client communication techniques. * Technical proficiency in using call center software systems and basic computer skills for efficient workflow management.
