Team LeadA-Players, a premier service company, specializes in providing high-level administrative and operational support to startups.We are currently seeking a Team Performance Lead who will focus on the growth, well-being, and effectiveness of our Business Associates (BA). This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, understands the nuances of human motivation, and can turn feedback into actionable development plans. You will help build a supportive environment where BAs can thrive and deliver meaningful impact to our clients.In this role you willConduct regular 1:1 meetings and syncs with BAs to discuss progress, challenges, and goalsGather and communicate client feedback, ensuring alignment between BA performance and startup expectationsSupport in building actionable development plans and follow-up on their implementationIdentify early signs of performance or motivation issues and address them through structured feedback and coachingMaintain clear documentation and update internal databases with notes, status changes, and key insightsTrack and summarize performance data to highlight trends, risks, and growth opportunitiesProvide operational support for scheduling and coordinating interviews between BA trainees and potential clientsSupport cross-functional initiatives — brainstorming content ideas, assisting with internal workshops and webinars, and contributing to knowledge base updatesCollaborate with the core team on improving internal processes, automations, and systems for BAs tracking and developmentParticipate in onboarding checkpoints and facilitate adaptation for newly joined BAs.What makes you a great fitProven experience in people management, team leadership, or talent development (preferably in startups or dynamic environments)Experience in mentoring, performance reviews, and growth-focused coachingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and drive open dialogueStrong understanding of startup structure and cross-department collaboration (operations, marketing, product, etc.)Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset — able to notice patterns and propose actionable improvementsStructured approach to work, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyConfident written and spoken English (C1 level)Comfortable with tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, or similarGrowth-oriented mindset: curious, empathetic, proactive, and driven by continuous improvement.What we offerUnique Culture: High standards, high care — supportive teammates who move fast and deliverWorking hours: 11:00–20:00 CET (1-hour lunch break included)Growth-Driven: Competitive pay with structured annual performance reviewsTime Off: Unlimited vacation and sick days you’re encouraged to useTop Tools: Premium productivity + AI tools and full access to our internal library.Recruiting flowPre-screen interview with a Team LeadTake-home test assignmentIn-depth interview with the CEOOfferReference check.Originally posted on Himalayas
