Team LeadA-Players, a premier service company, specializes in providing high-level administrative and operational support to startups.We are currently seeking a Team Performance Lead who will focus on the growth, well-being, and effectiveness of our Business Associates (BA). This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, understands the nuances of human motivation, and can turn feedback into actionable development plans.
