If you are a caring innovator who believes work should be life-centered and impactful, then this is where you come in…About the OpportunityWe are placing a Contract Program Manager with one of the top technology companies in the United States.In this role, you will drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale social, creative, and communications programs — partnering cross-functionally with creative strategists, social teams, communications leads, and external agency partners. You will be critical in maintaining flawless execution across high-priority initiatives spanning flagship events, product launches, policy campaigns, and organizational programs.We are actively building a pipeline of exceptional program management talent across the following domains: Technology, Business Development, Marketing, Language & Translation, Supply Chain, and Communications. Candidates should have current or previous experience at a top-tier organization — including Microsoft, Apple, Alphabet (Google), Amazon, Netflix, Walmart, UnitedHealth Group, ExxonMobil, Nvidia, and Berkshire Hathaway — are strongly encouraged to apply.Location: United States — Fully Remote (Preferred: San Francisco Bay Area / Menlo Park CA / Maryland / New York area)Contract Type: W2 ContractStart Date: Rolling — based on project availabilitySweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.Hourly Range (US Only)*Rate is negotiable based on experienceYour Impact and ResponsibilitiesEssential functions include:Drive end-to-end project management for large-scale, cross-functional programs and campaigns (e.g., flagship events, product launches, policy/social campaigns), including developing project plans, timelines, RACI frameworks, and workback schedulesSupport strategic planning processes including roadmapping, resource allocation, goal-setting, and the development and socialization of organizational processesPartner with external agency teams and vendors on deliverable alignment and timelines, and support the expansion of centralized program management capabilities across the organizationSchedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings, track action items, manage stakeholder communications, and bridge the gap between creative and business needsWhat You Bring — Required Skills5+ years of project or program management experience in marketing, communications, creative, or media environmentsDemonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with complex timelines and cross-functional dependencies — with variety across program types (not solely one area)Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and navigate conflict resolution across diverse teamsStrong track record of coordinating and tracking milestones across programs of significant scale and complexityStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and maintain meticulous attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complexity into clear updates for leadership and cross-functional partnersProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar)Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing workload and prioritizing tasks effectively with minimal supervisionUnderstanding of organic marketing, communications, social, and editorial team dynamicsBonus SkillsHighly organized with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetOpenness to and curiosity about AI tools and wor
