Job Description
**Bilingual Appointment Setter (English/Spanish) — Dental Practice, Inbound Calls \& Phone Support**
We're hiring an appointment setter to handle our inbound leads and act as phone support for current patients. You'll be the first voice people hear when they reach us, so this role runs on clear communication, sales instinct, and showing up when you say you will.
**What you'll do**
* Answer inbound calls from new patients, qualify them, and book appointments
* Handle support calls from existing patients and resolve issues or route them to the right person
* Follow up with leads who didn't book the first time and with patients who need to confirm or reschedule
* Log every call and update patient records in our CRM
* Respond to inquiries by email and chat
* Pull together simple reports on call volume, bookings, and follow\-ups in Excel
* Work with the team so nothing falls through the cracks
**What we need**
* Dental background. You don't need call center experience specifically, but you need to know the field. You can explain what an implant is and how the process works, you understand the difference between a crown, a bridge, and a veneer, and you know what a cleaning, a deep cleaning, and a root canal involve. Front desk, assisting, hygiene, or dental sales all count.
* Fluent in both English and Spanish, with clear pronunciation that's easily understood by callers in both languages. You'll switch between them all day.
* Real sales ability. You can hold a conversation, handle objections, and close for the appointment without sounding pushy.
* Reliable. You start on time, you finish your shift, and you don't disappear mid\-week. This matters more to us than anything else on this list.
* Comfortable with CRM or dental practice management software and basic data entry
* Solid with Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Good writing for emails and call notes
* Organized enough to juggle callbacks, follow\-ups, and notes without dropping any
**Nice to have**
* Experience with dental insurance verification
* Phone or call center experience
* Experience handling payments or transactions
This is a paid position. If you're good on the phone in both languages, know the dental side, and show up consistently, you'll do well here.
Pay: From $15\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40\.0 – 60\.0 per week
Experience:
* dental: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
* English and Spanish (Preferred)
Work Location: Remote
