Responsibilities * Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations * Maintain and review QuickBooks Online files * Identify and resolve discrepancies * Maintain organized documentation * Communicate proactively and meet deadlines Requirements * 2\+ years experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) * Strong reconciliation skills (this is critical) * Experience managing multiple clients * Strong attention to detail * Clear written and verbal communication * Reliable internet \+ dedicated workspace Compensation $25/hour (W2\) Monthly performance bonuses based on: * Accuracy * Timeliness * Ownership Important This is a performance\-based role.
