We are a fully remote company based in the US with regular opportunities to get together in person. This position requires you to be based in the Los Angeles area. Travel may also be required. **Role** We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled strategist \& researcher to join our growing team. In this multi\-functional role, you will be responsible for building and conducting consumer insights and innovation research across the whole project lifecycle, as well as managing client relationships. **Responsibilities** * End\-to\-end management of market research engagements that uncover insights to help our clients build, launch, and grow their businesses * Design custom research approaches that align to client objectives * Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders * Coordinate with clients, team members, and 3rd party vendors through the project lifecycle * Manage and lead rapid research programs (1\-3 week timelines) * Lead instrument \& discussion guide development * Create slides, charts, and deliverables that tell a compelling story * Conduct secondary research to inform client briefs or strategies * Prioritization of ongoing growth and development both personally and for the Thursday team * Stay up\-to\-date on market research trends and methodologies as well as related tech advancements * Contribute your skills and expertise to the advancement of the Thursday team and culture * Collaborate with a team of researchers, strategists, and creatives **Qualifications** * 5\-7 years experience in relevant fields (business, marketing, sociology, psychology, data science, design, etc.) * Demonstrated experience with qualitative research * Past experience with rapid research programs * A college degree required **Preferred Skills** * Mastery of core disciplines within qualitative research: Recruitment, Project Management, Data Analysis, \& Insights Development * Proficient with managing timelines, research platforms, and supporting both junior and senior researchers * Capable moderator at both live and synchronous methods * Experience with integrating AI tools into thoughtful, strategic work * Experience with presentation development and design (e.g., Google Slides, Figma, Canva) * Experience with Google Workspace **This Position is Best Suited for Someone Who Is** * Deeply curious about people and how they make decisions * Interested in the intersection between psychology, business, and marketing * Comfortable juggling ambiguity, switching contexts, and asking good questi
