CENTRALIFE LIFE INSURANCE Remote Insurance Assistant — Job Posting Part\-Time \| Remote \| $16–$20/hr \| Flexible Hours Reporting to: Rob Makki, Life Advocate \| CentraLife About the Role We are a fast\-growing life insurance office writing 10–15 policies per week. As our first hire, you will be the backbone of our operation — managing communications, tracking policy statuses, and helping our clients through every step of their journey. You'll work directly with Rob Makki remotely via Zoom, phone, and email. Training is provided. What You'll Do Day\-to\-Day * Check and organize incoming emails, draft replies for approval, and flag urgent items * Call or email clients whose policies are surrendering or pending — using provided scripts * Track policy statuses (pending initial premium, submitted, approved) in a shared spreadsheet * Follow up with clients on outstanding paperwork and first payments * Update client notes and keep records organized * Prepare weekly reports on policy pipeline and outstanding items * Handle other admin tasks as assigned (scheduling, data entry, document prep) Who You Are * Highly organized — you keep things in order without being reminded * Comfortable on the phone — you can speak with clients professionally and warmly * Trustworthy — you will handle confidential client and financial information * Self\-starter — you can work independently and manage your own time * Tech comfortable — Gmail, Google Sheets, Zoom, and basic file management * Insurance experience is a PLUS but NOT required — we will train the right person Requirements * Reliable internet connection and computer * Available at least 20 hours/week (schedule is flexible) * Ability to pass a background check * Clear, professional communication — written and verbal Pay \& Perks * $16–$20/hr depending on experience * Flexible remote hours — set your own schedule within reason * Direct mentorship from a producing life insurance agent * Opportunity to grow into a full\-time role as the team expands * Bonus potential tied to team performance How to Apply Send an email to Rmakki@centralife.com with the subject line: "Insurance Assistant Application" Include: (1\) A short paragraph about yourself and why you'd be a great fit, (2\) Your resume or work history, (3\) Your available hours per week.
