About the RoleThe Revenue and GTM Insights Lead is responsible for building, maintaining, and interpreting the data, dashboards, and performance frameworks that power Automatiq’s go-to-market execution and revenue strategy. This role serves as the connective tissue between Revenue, Sales, Account Management, Product, and Finance by providing proactive insights, clear visibility into performance, and early indicators tied to company OKRs.This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role that combines analytics, operational rigor, and business judgment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights, and helping teams understand how their day-to-day execution ties to broader revenue and retention goals.ResponsibilitiesRevenue and GTM ReportingOwn the development and maintenance of dashboards tracking top-line revenue, GOV, criteria sales, retention, expansion, and product-level contributionBuild standardized weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM and revenue scorecards for leadershipDefine, maintain, and ensure consistency of the company’s core GTM metrics framework and KPI definitions across Sales, AM, Product, and FinanceInsights and AnalysisProactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across pipeline, retention, product adoption, and client behaviorSurface early warning indicators related to churn, underperformance, or GTM execution gapsPartner with GTM leaders to analyze pipeline health, deal velocity, conversion rates, and expansion opportunitiesPlanning and Forecasting SupportSupport annual and quarterly planning cycles with data-backed analysis and scenario modelingPartner closely with Finance to align forecasts, actuals, and assumptions across product linesHelp connect qualitative OKR plans to quantitative performance trackingCross-Functional PartnershipWork directly with Product teams to monitor adoption, usage trends, and product penetrationSupport Customer Success and Account Management with health scoring, retention insights, and engagement trendsAct as a trusted thought partner to Revenue leadership on performance, prioritization, and execution strategyTools and SystemsBuild and maintain reporting using BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Pendo, Vitally, Hubspot or similarLeverage CRM and GTM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Vitally and related tooling to ensure data integrity and usabilityHelp improve reporting automation and reduce manual data dependencies across teamsWrite and work with SQL queries to independently access, analyze, and validate data across core GTM systems and reporting pipelinesQualifications4 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategy, or a related functionStrong experience building dashboards and reporting for Sales, Revenue, Finance or Product organizationsAbility to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholdersStrong SQL proficiency and ability to independently query and analyze data across CRM, product, and BI systemsComfortable operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with evolving prioritiesExperience in SaaS, marketplace, or technology-driven businesses preferredAbout UsAutomatiq is the leading all-in-one software platform in the live event ticketing world, serving resellers of all sizes.
