Job Title: Accounts Receivable AssociateLocation: Colombia (Remote)Type of Contract: Full-Time | EORSalary Range: $1,000 – $1,400 USD per month Language Requirements: Advanced English (written and verbal)We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Associate with hands-on experience in invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting to join our growing accounting team. You will play a key role in managing receivables, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting collections efforts. Your work will directly impact cash flow accuracy, reporting reliability, and overall financial operations efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Process daily Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactions and generate reports in NetSuitePrepare, issue, and verify customer invoices for goods and servicesRecord and track client payments including checks, EFT, ACH, and credit card transactionsInvestigate and resolve account discrepancies while supporting collections activitiesMaintain accurate and confidential financial records in compliance with company policiesOrganize and manage electronic financial documentation according to established proceduresPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for the Accounting DirectorMust-Have Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required (additional accounting coursework preferred)Minimum 1+ year of Accounts Receivable experienceWorking knowledge of accounting principles and financial practicesExperience with NetSuite or similar accounting/ERP systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong data entry skills, including 10-key by touch and minimum typing speed of 40 WPMExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience working with U.S.-based companiesFamiliarity with internal controls and compliance standardsOriginally posted on Himalayas
