Principal SAP QM Consultant

This is a remote position.On behalf of our Client - a global consulting company which is building its SAP implementation team in Poland - we are looking for an experienced Principal SAP QM Consultant, who will work on global implementation and transformation projects. In the role, you will:Manage full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in the area of Quality Management (QM), including integration with Production Planning (PP) and Manufacturing Execution;Evaluate business requirements, identify relevant SAP capabilities and apply best practices;Plan, prepare and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders;Perform solution design and drive adoption for identified gaps and business process improvements;Ensure high-quality system implementation in collaboration with delivery teams (including near-/offshore);Act as a sparring partner for the client and support key decision-making processes;Take on project management responsibilities where required;Support international rollout projects across multiple locations.Our Client is a dynamic, fast-growing consulting organization with a strong ERP & Platforms practice, specializing in delivering innovative and transformational SAP S/4HANA solutions for some of the world’s largest organizations.Recognized in the market for its entrepreneurial culture, high-impact projects, and strong focus on people development, the company offers structured career paths, continuous learning opportunities, and exposure to cutting-edge SAP technologies. RequirementsHigher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent;Minimum 10 years of SAP consulting experience, with strong focus on SAP QM;At least 2-5 full project lifecycles in SAP implementations;Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA projects and/or certification;Strong knowledge of Quality Management processes (inspection planning, results recording, quality notifications, quality certificates);Solid understanding of Production Planning;Ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications;Experience in international template rollout projects is a strong advantage;Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;Fluent English (C2); additional European languages are a plus;Self-starter, proactive, and team-oriented mindset;Willingness to travel if required.
