Working independently with minimal supervision, you'll leverage your expertise to architect advanced verification environments, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in verification approaches. You'll provide strategic solutions to diverse technical challenges while representing ADI in technical forums and customer interactions. This career-level position involves collaborating across organizational boundaries to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge products. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Verification Strategy: Architect and implement comprehensive verification strategies for complex digital/mixed-signal designsEnvironment Development: Drive innovation in UVM-based verification environment development for sophisticated mixed-signal productsCoverage and Metrics: Establish and oversee verification metrics including code and functional coverage goals across multiple projectsDebug Leadership: Lead debug efforts for complex design issues spanning digital and mixed-signal domainsTechnical Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior verification engineersCross-Functional Collaboration: Drive effective collaboration with design teams on verification planning and issue resolutionPost-Silicon Support: Lead silicon bring-up efforts and post-silicon validation activitiesMethodology Advancement: Contribute to verification methodology improvements and best practices development Must Have SkillsSystemVerilog and UVM: Expert-level knowledge of SystemVerilog and Universal Verification Methodology for architecting comprehensive verification environmentsTest Bench Development: Demonstrated mastery in developing advanced test benches for complex mixed-signal product verificationVerification Planning: Proven ability to develop and implement sophisticated test strategies and detailed coverage analysis methodologiesScripting and Automation: Advanced proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL) for creating efficient verification automation frameworksDebugging Expertise: Exceptional analytical and debugging skills for resolving complex design issues across digital and mixed-signal domainsVerification Techniques: Expert-level experience with constrained random and assertion-based verification techniquesMixed-Signal Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of mixed-signal design principles and advanced verification methodologiesTechnical Leadership: Ability to influence technical direction and methodology adoption across verification teams Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree required, Master's preferred in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field4-8 years of relevant digital/mixed-signal IC verification experience Why You'll Love Working Here At Analog Devices, you'll be part of a collaborative and innovative team that's shaping the future of technology.
