**Remote Appointment Setter** **We are seeking a dependable and motivated Remote Appointment Setter to support our insurance team.** In this role, you’ll contact existing clients and prospective clients, confirm information, and schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents. This is not a licensed sales position. **Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls using provided leads and client lists * Schedule and confirm appointments for licensed agents * Accurately record appointment details and call outcomes * Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural, professional conversation * Follow up with clients when necessary * Meet daily and weekly call and appointment goals **Qualifications** * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls * Clear and professional communication skills * Reliable, organized, and coachable * Able to work independently from home * Basic computer and data\-entry skills * Previous appointment\-setting, customer\-service, or call\-center experience is preferred but not required **Position Details** * Remote position * Part time and Full time * Schedule: Monday\-Saturday * Compensation: 8\-13$/ hr * Training provided * Opportunity for growth Candidates must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet work environment, and access to a computer and phone.
