We work hard, we play hard, and we want you to join us!The Program Management Manager (Lead) will be a high-impact, cross-functional leader with extensive expertise in digital marketing, sophisticated data analytics, and strategic team management, possessing the acumen to architect and deliver robust, scalable solutions within a high-velocity, fast-paced environment.The base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000 - $189,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Some benefits information is included in this job description, and your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and benefits for this position during the hiring process.Position Responsibilities:Program & Operations LeadershipLead end-to-end program management for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teamsMonitor campaign performance and ensure healthy deployment across channels (email, paid media, events, etc.)Drive operational excellence by managing service levels, deliverables, and OKRsCompile and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics with actionable insights and recommendationsPartner with leadership and stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and business outcomesStay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and marketing automationData & Technical LeadershipLead technical discussions and provide guidance on data architecture, analytics, and reporting solutionsAnalyze campaign and operational data to evaluate performance and identify optimization opportunitiesDesign and implement scalable data solutions, including automation of manual processes and workflow improvementsLeverage tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for data extraction, transformation, and visualizationEnsure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across reporting systemsAct as a thought leader in data best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement (including AI-driven solutions where applicable)Incident & Process ManagementAct as incident coordinator to validate, prioritize, and assign issues for resolutionEvaluate feasibility of solutions, approve workarounds, and ensure timely resolutionDrive process improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and data deliveryContinuously identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure and operational workflowsPeople Management & LeadershipLead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists and data analystsConduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and feedbackDesign and implement performance improvement and incentive programsSupport career development and foster a high-performance, engaged team cultureHire, onboard, and train new team members across workflowsEnsure teams have the tools, training, and resources needed to succeedStakeholder ManagementCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, engineering, and external partnersCommunicate complex data insights and program updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersManage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environmentMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)15+ years of experience in program/project management and data analytics roles8+ years of experience in digital marketing (email, paid media, etc.) with experience in relevant email automation tools like Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot etc8+ years of people management experience leading high-performing teamsStrong understanding of SQL and data analysis across databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and deliver in fast-paced environmentsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle managementExperience in marketing technology and automation platformsAbility to prioritize effectively in environments with competing stakeholder demandsStrong technical judgment and ability to drive data-driven decision-makingExposure to AI/automation for process optimizationKey Competencies:Strategic thinking & executionData-driven decision makingTechnical leadershipStakeholder influenceTeam leadership & coachingOperational excellenceInnovation & continuou
