Be prepared to tackle challenges, work hard, solve big problems, and have a lot of fun!Responsibilities Include:Lead and support Fluid Truck’s sales initiatives throughout a specific geographical territoryResponsible for achieving sales revenue targets and growing market share in assigned territoryMaintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activities and reporting for various stakeholdersIdentify areas of opportunity and provide real time personalized coaching in order to constantly improve the talent of the sales team.Document the performance of direct reports and provide constructive feedbackDevelop and encourage strong working relationships between sales team and market support teams (marketing, fleet, customer support, etc.) to ensure a positive and productive working relationship.Managing market expenses and approving expenses for all direct reportsParticipate in the selection process of our field sales team.Train, coach and encourage newly hired sales managers ensuring they are set up for successParticipate in onboarding new national accountsAttain or exceed quarterly OKRsAttain high level NPS (Net Promoter Score) by exceeding customer expectations RequirementsProven success in lead generation, sales development and customer serviceMinimum 6 months experience as Territory Sales ManagerProven success with meeting and exceeding sales and activity goalsProven ability to mentor colleagues to improve our approach to sales and customer service, provide feedback in order to improve resultsAbility to promote teamwork and accountability to meet goals and objectivesProven ability to utilize SalesforceAbility to quickly adapt to changing initiatives BenefitsMarket leading compensationBonus opportunities based on quarterly OKRsCareer development100 percent employer-paid benefits for employee including medical, dental, visionStock options for a rapidly growing company401kPTO​Why You Will Love Working HereEarning Potential:We offer market-leading compensation and significant bonus potential!Career Development:We are as committed to your professional growth as you are!
