$500\+/week, based on experience

Founded in 2021, Splash Pressure Washing is a growing exterior cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. We specialize in soft washing, power washing, and parking lot line striping. Our team of 3–10 technicians runs a tight, professional operation, and we’re known for clean trucks, sharp uniforms, and finished work that makes properties look brand new.
About the Role
This is the command center seat of our business. You’ll be the first voice customers hear, the person who turns inquiries into booked revenue, and the operational glue that keeps our field crews productive and our customers informed. You’ll work directly with the owner and have real ownership over how the office runs. The right person treats this like running their own small operation inside ours — taking initiative, spotting problems before they happen, and protecting the customer experience at every step.

Core Responsibilities
1\. Virtual Estimating \& Quoting (15–20 hours/week during peak season)
You’ll handle the full quoting pipeline from inquiry to signed proposal:
* Monitor incoming estimate requests across all channels: website contact forms, email, phone, text, Facebook, Instagram DMs, Google Business Profile, Angi, Thumbtack, and referrals
* Acknowledge every new lead within 30 minutes during business hours with a personal response (no auto\-replies as the only touch)
* Pull up the property using Google Earth Pro, county GIS portals, town assessor databases, and Zillow to verify ownership, lot size, and structure dimensions
* Measure roof square footage, siding square footage, driveway and walkway area, deck size, fence linear footage, and any other relevant surfaces
* Identify property complications from aerial views: steep grades, landscaping obstacles, multiple structures, well water concerns, septic locations, and water access
* Apply our internal pricing matrix to build line\-item quotes covering house wash, roof soft wash, driveway cleaning, deck restoration, fence cleaning, gutter brightening, rust removal, and commercial services
* Build proposals in our CRM with branded formatting, clear scope descriptions, before/after example photos, and terms and conditions
* Send quotes within 24 hours of the initial request (same\-day whenever possible)
* Execute a structured follow\-up sequence: Day 3 (soft check\-in), Day 7 (value reinforcement), Day 14 (final follow\-up), Day 30 (move to nurture list)
* Handle objections and negotiate within owner\-approved discount limits
* For complex commercial bids or properties needing an in\-person walk, schedule the owner and prep a briefing
