**Part\-Time Accounting \& Operations Manager / Bookkeeper (Remote)**
**Location:** Remote (must live in the Pacific Time Zone) **Employment Type:** Part\-Time 20\-32 hours/week **Compensation:** Hourly \- Commensurate with experience \- $60\-$70/hour with Benefits and Paid holidays.

Our current team of 15\+ employees and contractors operate virtually in the Pacific Timezone.
**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced, detail\-oriented **Accounting \& Operations Manager / Bookkeeper** to manage day\-to\-day financial and HR operations for our organization. This is a part\-time, fully remote position ideal for someone who is a strong, independent user of QuickBooks Online and ADP TotalSource and comfortable owning the full bookkeeping cycle with minimal oversight.
You'll be responsible for keeping our books accurate and current, managing semimonthly payroll for a team of 15 hourly employees, and ensuring client billing runs smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain the general ledger
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reports
* Process semimonthly payroll for \~15 hourly employees via **ADP TotalSource**
* Support benefits administration and general HR\-related payroll tasks through **ADP TotalSource**
* Generate and manage client billing/invoicing using **Replicon Timesheets**
* Use **Microsoft Office, Teams and Sharepoint** for organization and communication.
* Use Smartsheet for gross margin and billing reporting
* Ensure compliance with accounting best practices and internal controls
* Communicate proactively and professionally with leadership, employees, and clients
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Manager, or similar role
* **Strong, hands\-on proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO)** — GL, A/P, A/R, and financial reporting
* Experience with **ADP TotalSource** for payroll, benefits, and HR functions strongly preferred
* Strong hands\-on proficiency with **Microsoft Office, Teams and Sharepoint**.
* Experience with **Replicon Timesheets** a plus
* Experience managing payroll for hourly employees on a semimonthly cycle
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
* Must be available to work 8am\-5pm M\-F in the PST
**Schedule**
Part\-time; specific hours are flexible with availability M\-F 8am\-5pm and can be discussed with the right candidate. Consistent availability during Pacific Time business hours is required.
