Leveraging the LearnLux digital experience you will work directly with employees to provide them with unbiased, holistic financial and tax guidance. Your extensive financial experience and client-first approach will help employees prepare for and accomplish their personal and financial goals. This role is 100% remote within the US and reports to the Director of Financial Planning.What you’ll doOur planners provide coverage at various shifts from 7 AM - 11 PM ET Monday through Fridays and 9 AM - 4PM ET on SaturdaysMeet and engage with clients remotely over video, chat and email to give guidance on topics like budgeting, student loans, retirement readiness, equity compensation, debt management, taxes and moreAdvise on the LearnLux methodology to improve and respond to the changing financial environmentParticipate in weekly team meetings to bring your subject matter expertise to improve the LearnLux digital experienceBecome an expert on our client’s benefit plans so you can act as an extension of their team during open enrollmentWork with our content team to create outlines, lessons, video content, review lessons and approve content created for the LearnLux digital platformDesign and lead engagement campaigns for our employer partners like digital webinars and occasional on-site eventsYou should bringCFP® designation requiredCPA® or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation requiredPassion for educating individuals to take control and invest in their financial futureHave the ability to perform several tasks concurrently, to prioritize work, and to take direction from multiple team membersExperience with Company Equity (ISO’s, RSU’s, ESPP’s,)Can demonstrate ability to take initiative and executeExperience in multiple areas of personal Finance: Retirement, Equity Compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, Student Loans, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, insurance, taxes and moreIt would be great if you alsoCertification in Credit CounselingAdditional CertificationsStartup and/or Fintech experienceBi-lingual (Spanish)Experience creating presentations and presenting to large audiences virtually or in-personAvailability to work occasional evenings and Saturday’sAbility to occasionally travel to on-site eventsLearnLux is a fit for you if youThrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building in moments of change.
