Operations & Client Success Coordinator

MMK Cleaning Services is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Operations \& Client Success Coordinator to become a key part of our growing team. This is more than a traditional virtual assistant position—you’ll help keep our daily operations running smoothly while providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our team. Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails * Schedule residential and commercial cleaning appointments * Prepare and send estimates * Follow up on invoices and outstanding payments * Coordinate employee schedules * Communicate with clients before and after appointments * Organize digital files and scan receipts * Maintain accurate customer records * Assist with administrative projects and process improvements * Help ensure daily operations run efficiently Qualifications * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Comfortable working independently * Detail\-oriented and dependable * Professional and friendly customer service skills * Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office * Previous administrative, customer service, scheduling, or operations experience is preferred Compensation * $20\.00–$25\.00 per hour, depending on experience * Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow We’re Looking For Someone Who Is * Organized and self\-motivated * A strong communicator * Calm under pressure * Comfortable learning new software * Passionate about helping a small business grow * Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way—not just the fast way This position is remote, but applicants should be available during normal business hours and willing to become an important part of our long\-term team.
