Our Ironclad Practice delivers end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations, combining legal expertise with structured, scalable delivery methodologies.Consilio is seeking an experienced Ironclad Project Manager to lead end-to-end client implementations within our Ironclad Practice.You will operate within a structured delivery team, working closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Legal Engineers to ensure successful execution of Ironclad CLM deployments. This role is responsible for owning project delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality standards, while driving collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & GovernanceLead end-to-end delivery of Ironclad CLM implementations across multiple client engagementsDefine and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverablesMonitor project performance, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependenciesEnsure delivery aligns with agreed Statement of Work (SOW), budget, and quality expectationsDelivery Team CoordinationCoordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Legal Engineers, and Delivery ManagersEnsure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across the delivery lifecycleFacilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and status reporting within agile or hybrid delivery modelsSupport resource planning and utilisation in collaboration with Delivery leadershipClient Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleBuild strong relationships with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teamsProvide regular status updates, executive reporting, and steering committee communicationsManage client expectations and drive alignment on priorities and outcomesImplementation OversightOversee the delivery of Ironclad configurations, workflows, integrations, and data migration activitiesCollaborate with Solution Architects to ensure designs are implemented effectivelyEnsure successful completion of key phases including discovery, build, testing, UAT, and go-liveRisk & Change ManagementIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks and issuesManage scope changes, ensuring proper governance and documentationSupport change management and user adoption strategies for successful rolloutQuality Assurance & Continuous ImprovementEnsure adherence to Consilio delivery standards, methodologies, and best practicesDrive high-quality outputs across all phases of implementationContribute to the continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, tools, and templates within the Ironclad PracticeQualificationsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience managing CLM or SaaS implementation projects (Ironclad strongly preferred)Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal operations processesExperience working in cross-functional delivery teams (Project Managers, Architects, Engineers)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a client-facing environmentStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Preferred QualificationsExperience delivering Ironclad CLM implementationsBackground in legal technology, consulting, or professional servicesFamiliarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, DocuSign, Microsoft ecosystem, or integration platformsExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project)PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certificationSoft SkillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagementStrong organisational and planning capabilitiesAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across complex projectsProactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skillsCollaborative approach with the ability to lead cross-functional teamsWhat You’ll Be Part OfA high-performing Ironclad Practice delivering global CLM implementationsA structured delivery model alongside Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Legal EngineersA collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on innovation and client impactWhy Join Consilio?At Consilio, you will play a central role in delivering transformative legal technology solutions.
